Versanet PTY LTD Trading Terms:

Versanet PTY Ltd has a branch in Roodepoort, Gauteng.

Orders can be placed online or directly with one of our staff members.

Customers can choose to collect from our branch or to select the courier option at a fee. We do offer Free shipping on orders over R2000.00.

Payment can be made by credit / debit card or EFT.

For EFT payments, goods will only be released once funds have cleared in the bank account.

Once payment is received we will do our best to get the order delivered to you within 3-4 working
days if you are based in a main centre.

Orders to outlying areas could take up to 4-7 working days to be delivered.

Orders will be dispatched from Monday to Friday between 8 am and 3 pm. No orders are sent over
weekends and public holidays.

If for any reason stock is not available clients will be advised and given the option of delayed delivery
or a refund.

Customer Privacy Policy:

Camera Tek shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the
purpose of this clause, “personal information” shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access
to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). The PAIA may be downloaded from:

Payment Options Accepted:

Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, or by EFT 

Card Acquiring and Security:

Card transactions will be acquired for Versanet via iKhokha who are the approved payment gateway
for all South African Acquiring Banks. iKhokha uses the strictest form of encryption and no Card
details are stored on the website.

Customer Details Separate from Card Details:

Customer details will be stored by Versanet separately from card details which are entered by the
client on iKhokha’s secure site.

The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South
Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).

Responsibility:

Versanet takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and
services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.

Variation:

Versanet may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without
notice.
