Refund & Returns Policy
If your satisfaction with your purchase isn’t absolute, we encourage you to familiarize yourself with our
refund and return policy to determine your eligibility for a return.
Please ensure to submit a written explanation for the return.
The product must be returned in its original, undamaged packaging, along with the original invoice. It
should remain unused and maintain the same pristine condition as when initially received. Any
evidence of tampering with the packaging seal will result in the return being declined.
Upon receipt and examination of your return, we will promptly dispatch an email confirming its arrival.
Following this, you will be informed of the acceptance or denial of your refund request. Upon
approval, your refund will be initiated within 10 business days following the inspection date.
Refunds will be issued using the payment method that was used upon checkout or a store credit will
be issued in the form of a gift card.
Where applicable, we reserve the right to issue a store credit instead of a refund or deduct an
administrative fee from the refund, which will be disclosed after inspection.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and you (the buyer) are accountable for covering
the shipping expenses associated with returning your item.
Versanet PTY Ltd does not accept liability for goods damaged or lost during the return transit.
Regrettably, we only offer returns within 7 days of your purchase. If 7 days have elapsed since your
purchase, we are unable to extend a refund.
EXCHANGES
We solely replace items if they are found to be defective or damaged and are covered under the
product warranty. Please note that the terms and conditions of the manufacturer’s warranty will be
applicable in such cases.
